WebApr 9, 2024 · I tried creating an account but discovered my phone number was already being used. I thought I had created an account then forgot about it. So I reset the password, it then sent me the link to my phone and I was able to login. Once I got in I realized the account was not mine and it was the person who owned my phone number previously. This is an issue a couple of users have reported, usually, you're supposed to get a response 24 hours after submitting the form. I believe this is something on the Microsoft side of things. Please be patient and try submitting the form again at a later time.
