I have a set of these lifters going into a 496 build. I'm going to use more seat pressure, 175 l.b.s., open pressure will be around 440 l.b.s. Web20 de jan. de 2013 · Using the ICEO method, loosen the adjustment until the rocker flops around easily, then tighten the adjustment until the lash is zero at the valve end. Then tighten it your 1/8 turn and you're good to go. The lifters might rattle a little when you first fire the engine because they aren't oiled up yet, but that should subside rather quickly. Hydraulic rollers, IMO, are perfect for an engine that never sees over 5500-5700 and that's what I use them for. They will go for 100,000 miles on factory vehicles (look at the Ford 5.0L for example).

Web26 de mai. de 2005 · I am using Harland Sharp roller rockers and I have plenty of oil pressure at idle and at cruising. 70 at idle until it warms up then it drops to about 60 at 3000rpms.
