Add carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic and onion. WebPreheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Vegetables: Heat the remaining oil in a large pan and saute the onions, carrots and celery over medium heat until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms and continue cooking until brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
