WebI've cleaned plugins using xEdit, sorted my load-order using Loot, and reinstalled F4SE as Loot said I was missing some ini files from F4SE. Aside from that, I don't know what else to do - I'm not very knowledgeable on modding other than using these tools in a limited capacity. My load order is as follows; Fallout4.esm=1 DLCRobot.esm=1 WebWhen in doubt, always launch via F4SE. I'm not seeing any blatantly obvious errors with your load order though, so that's good. Bad news is, I've never had the "infinite load screen" problem with FO4, so I have no idea how to fix it other than "keep trying and pray it works this time".
