Yet the game keeps giving me bound to account tomes either from daily rolls, loot, or favour rewards. WebRaid loot has always been bound to character, that's been a core rule of DDO since forever. This effectively changes basically all raid gear in DDO to BtA if you're willing to chock up the money. Being able to bypass a core design like this goes too far. Raid gear should be hard bound to character.
